  Shout out to Todd, who helped me jumpstart my car that was dead outside of their establishment. Gave me a few tips and was incredibly helpful without being pushy. I will definitely give this place more business in the future.

  I went into the lathem GoodYear to order tires. I spoke to Tyler to order tires. I was told that they wouldn't be there until next Tuesday on Nov. 11th. I walked out of the store and thought about it and decided to order them anyway. I walked back in and spoke to Tyler he confirmed that they would be around 1,000 and some change total for the mounting and balancing and that they be in on Tuesday. I said order them, Tyler says, your all set for Tuesday. So it's Tuesday the 11th I call Goodyear in lathem to make sure they came in today, to find out that Tyler never order the tires but confirmed with me that he had before I left the store. So Tyler you asked me to do a review of my experience with you, and would not recommend going to see Tyler because he has poor Customer Service.

  Got 4 new tires one week got a nail in one said could not repair and charge full price for a replacement. Bad customer service.

  Took over 2 hours to have 4 truck tires put on, they're mainly for car tires
