- EDElizabeth Demichiel3 days ago1.0I have done business in the past at a Mavis store at a different location. I recently took my car to this location as it was more convenient. Big mistake. I purchased a set of tires and sadly a tire got a nail in it. When I called this location to explain my situation the employee was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I also had brake work done there recently and the brakes are already extremely low. Very poor workmanship and extremely unprofessional. I reached to to Mavis Corporate to report this location and they are assisting me. Be warned that this location is awful

They fixed it incredibly fast, the staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made it even better. Great service, highly recommend!

There was a bit of a wait time but it was understandable, he was able to help me resolve my concerns. The whole team was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Was supposed to drive several hours and be gone for 3 months - Saba was fantastic and fit me in so I could quickly get back on the road and make it to me destination. They were able to get the wheels changed, put everything back in the carriers, etc. Saba listened to make sure the right lugs went with the right wheels and were properly labeled. Thanks to Saba and team!
- EYEli YasunaApr 18, 20261.0I was really frustrated with the service here. I scheduled an appointment for a simple brake check at 8am in the morning and was the 2nd person to drop off my car. I decided to leave 3.5 hours later after they had yet to even look at my car. They misplaced my keys and forgot about my appointment, and even after pointing this out, they still prioritized other people who came in hours after me and left hours before me. Adding to my frustration was that I got my brakes done three weeks prior at this same location, and they failed to fix the issue, so I wanted to give them a second chance.
