  I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise in Larchmont thanks to Carol. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out was Carol’s honesty and care. After leaving the dealership, I realized that I had accidentally left a bag behind that contained a substantial amount of money. I was extremely stressed when I noticed it was missing, but Carol quickly located the bag and made sure it was safely returned to me. Her integrity and attention to detail meant a lot during what could have been a very difficult situation. Carol turned what could have been a stressful day into a wonderful experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to great customer service are truly commendable. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on their team, and I would absolutely recommend this location because of the exceptional service she provided.

  Carol at Enterprise made my car-buying experience truly wonderful. She explained everything in simple terms, was very personable, and made the whole process quick and painless. Carol made sure I understood every step and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The experience was so pleasant that if I had the money, I would gladly buy two or three more cars from her. Highly recommend working with Carol!
