  Would not recommend. Monro will falsely fail you on inspections and then push overpriced and unnecessary repairs. Seek out a second opinion from a different, more trustworthy and affordable, mechanic if you want to know the true status and required repairs (if any are even actually needed) for your vehicle.

  The original location where I had a scheduled appointment wasn’t open, even though the schedule stated they should’ve been open. This was the Elmira rd location. I ended up going to the location in Lansing where they were able to get me in immediately to service my vehicle. The GM was great, offered a discount for inconvenience. I had an alignment done and tires installed in the rear. There is still some shake at 70-80mph so I will follow up about that. Otherwise great service.

  I brought my car in for my brakes and got great service at a great price from the great people at Triphammer Monro. Highly recommend! (I've similarly been satisfied with other services on my cars that they've provided over the years although this is the first time I've actually gotten on the website to write a review for them)

  I booked an inspection on a Saturday. Within 30 minutes Ron called and said my rear brake rotors were delaminating. I had felt some vibration in the pedal, so I wasn't too surprised. It was a reasonable price, they had me done and out in 3 hrs, and they clearly explained why the rotors had failed. I'll definitely see them for next year's inspection.
