  I chose this place for my inspection because of the convenient location. They got me an apt quickly and my inspection was done within 1.5 hours. I was very satisfied with my experience until I got in my car. I have two car seats and when I got in my car I saw that one of them was unhooked and upside down on top of the other car seat, my third row was up ( it was down when I dropped it off ) and all of the seatbelts in my car were fastened. I was quite confused. I’m assuming they had to detach the one car seat to get into my third row ?? Not sure. I wasn’t given a heads up that they detached the car seat and that I would need to put it back. I feel like they should have taken the extra TWO seconds to unbuckle my seatbelts, put my third row back down and let me know if they aren’t legally allowed to reattach the car seat ( not sure if that’s the case or someone was just being lazy???) One of the latches to the other car seat was also detached and I didn’t realize it for a whole day as well.

  This shop has gone down significantly in the last couple years. First in the spring I called and made an appointment for an oil change on our truck. When I pulled in I was told “oh we thought it was for your car, we can’t do one on the truck today” well the only car on my profile (even though I specifically said for the truck) is an electric vehicle. I took it as a bad day and decided to give them another chance. I tried to take my car in to have 2 tires changed and an inspection. 20 mins after dropping it off I get a call telling me my car is “full of trash and blood on the seats” and they can’t do the inspection until I clean it out, but they will do the tires. When I show up they guys tells me they refuse to do the tires too because I have wheel locks and they are not looking through my gross car for it. Well there was 2 coffee cups and 1 piece of paper up front and a he tires I needed changed do not have wheel locks and the “blood” is an old coffee stain I can’t get out of my pale seat covers. When I told him to just give me the keys the guy proceeded to yell about how gross my car was and it’s my fault. I use to go there often but I won’t anymore and will be sure to make sure everyone knows to avoid them. If they can’t sell you their over priced tires and BS/ up sell you they will push you out.

  These guys are incredibly nice! They worked quickly and efficiently, removing the mat covering the undercar shield in just a few minutes. I would’ve spent way more time and money if I had gone to a authorized service center. I really appreciate you guys' work!
