I waited an hour without notice that the wait time would be that long since I had an appointment. Followed by attitude and short temper, he is stressed and doesn’t need to take it out on customers. He ordered my tire and did not put my appointment into the system, of course he made it for a day he wouldn’t be here. Disappointed to say the least. When I got there even after calling to confirm (I talked to Dylan on the phone) the other guys said I wasn’t in the system. I will not return to this location solely because of Dylan.

Recently, my car began vibrating and shaking due to uneven tire wear, which should not happen this quickly, especially after paying for an alignment. On top of that, my tire sensors, which were relatively new, were damaged during installation and had to be replaced the very next day. I brought the worn tires back to them, but they refused to offer any compensation or take responsibility. Overall, I feel completely taken advantage of and would not recommend this location to anyone.
