Even though there’s another Valvoline much closer to me, I was willing to drive the extra distance—and it was absolutely worth it. The team in Lackawanna was professional, efficient, and very thorough. I especially appreciated how informative they were about other maintenance services without making me feel pressured into an upsell. That made the experience feel honest and customer-focused. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the WNY area, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

They were fast, friendly, overpriced as usual, topped off my fluids. My only complaint, other than VIOC always being way overpriced, is that they over inflated all of my tires and did not replace one of the valve stem caps.

Don’t be patronizing like they’re getting you a deal when they’re not. And not have 4 million different people assisting you at the same time, it’s too chaotic and less personable.
