Ithere was a lot of running around and a bunch of different mechanics doing different things on each car rather then just one guy doing everything straight through for each car. Did sale me a new cabin filter, but they didn't push it they showed me both filters and only recommended the cabin filter which I don't know if it had ever been changed, it was raining and it was wet so I did have them change it out.

I waited in line, got serviced, and pulled out. Immediately—my emergency lights came on. I turned around. The employees told me they had no diagnostic machine and did not know what was wrong. I then went to AutoZone. The diagnostic showed valve errors and I was told I need to see a mechanic. Later, with help, I found the actual problem: Valvoline never put oil back into my car. I was driving with ZERO oil in my engine. Everything was closed and I was forced to buy 4 quarts of overpriced oil just to safely get home. My car was completely bone dry. And what makes this worse — your employees were extremely focused on upselling me air filters (which I did buy) instead of making sure my basic oil service was done correctly. This was negligence that could have destroyed my car and put my safety at risk. I need this escalated immediately and I need to know how Valvoline intends to make this right.
