Took it back the next week and had all recommended services done including all new tires, brake work and other services done totaling over $2800! . Since then we have had low oil light, oil sensor issue, brake light on, aps light on, and tire pressure/flashing tire pressure light. I’ve contacted the store and asked for manager to call me with no return call, vehicle was taken in and without looking at it was told it can’t be due to anything. They did, also emailed corporate with no response back. I’m furious !

Warranty denied tire replacement because I did not have an alignment done when I had the tires put on knowing that my vehicle was up-to-date and I am a diesel mechanic myself. And a NY state inspector. I knew my vehicle did not need an alignment. The tires are wearing perfectly even. So because I did not get an alignment, they denied warranty on tires that they sold me with their name on the side. Be careful Mavis discount tire is a complete rip off I would advise if you need tires go somewhere else. ………….. Ok new update went for second warranty inspection. And as usual they find something else wrong and saying that I did not rotate my tires correctly. And failed warranty. This company is a joke. I will be definitely taking my business elsewhere.
