Going in expecting to only need pads and rotors, then finding out my calipers were STUCK ...not what I was anticipating. (On top of finding that my front brakes were also in need... yikes!) Feeling defeated I was ready to just leave with the total I was given for everything, however Dillon and Dan went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix my rear axle. This was the first time I have ever been to Mavis and I can say I am extremely thankful and will be back to this location for my front brakes when I am able!
- MHMichael HerethDec 27, 20255.0This place has phenomenal customer service. On our road trip driving from Texas to Buffalo, we hit a bad winter storm and hit a metal guardrail at very low speed. The front passenger side of the vehicle was hit. It did not seem like there was damage to the tire or any other part of the wheelwell or quarter panel touching the tire, but we noticed a slight shaking of the car at higher speeds. I brought our car into this Mavis location to make sure the tire was aligned and that car would be safe to drive back home to Texas so that we could later take it to a collision shop there. They thoroughly examined the car and made sure the tire was aligned, confirmed that it would be safe to drive and let me know what to watch out for while driving, and didn't charge me a penny. The technicians were also super friendly, and we had a great conversation while my car was being checked out. It was great to have the peace of mind that our car was safe to drive back home on a long road trip, and we appreciated them so much that I went back to the shop to give the technicians some homemade holiday treats that my wife had baked. These guys are incredible.
