I Was struggling to find a spot to get my truck inspected, everywhere was Closed and I needed to get it done fast. Vinny immediately helped me out. So I went into town for a little bit, came back and it was already taken care of. I find having the best service is with people who clearly love what they do, and Vinny helped me feel right at home immediately. I will be coming back again when I need help on the truck

There was a woman standing next to him doing nothing and awkwardly said hello when I greeted her. I told Vinny I would like to sit down and for him to let me know when he was finished. He didnt. All he had to do was take my name and my keys. Then I was told that my old change would cost more, $85, which I could have been informed when I made the appointment by phone. I also bought four new tires here previously pand they didn't replace any of the valve stems. I kept loosing air pressure and went back to Mavis twice for valve stems replacements before they informed me they never replace valve stems (nor inform their customer). Im usually quite loyal but Ill never go back there again. I went elsewhere for an oil change where they were efficient, friendly, and respectful. A nice change.
