- MKmuhammad khan2 days ago1.0First & last time oil change for my Toyota sienna at you your place in Kingston ny , i think i got ripped off by “ Jiffy lube “ now my time… if you gain one customer it’s mean 10 more customers will come to you if you loose one customer, you are looking at least 10 customers, …. i have to tell public about my own experience. - AMAndrew Martens2 days ago5.0Forgot about my State inspection and had to get it done immediately otherwise a big fat ticket in NYC for sure!!! Went to my usual Hoffman's Jiffy Lube in Kingston and they got the car in and done!!! Kyle and the gang were excellent as always and changed the oil and filters, I like to bring my own and it is not a problem for them. Even with all the people waiting until the last minute, yours truly included, the wait was not bad. And, they give you a complimentary car wash after!!! What's not to love!!! See you all soon again and thanks!!!
- KCKim ChaseApr 28, 20261.0Just left Jiffy lube after getting my car inspected. Which went well EXCEPT when they said I need new windshield wiper blades. I said I would take care of it. Nope! It needs to be done now. Ok. 39.99 per wiper! And they say I needed two! $80.00 for two wipers. I goggled the price. A two pack sells for less. I feel ripped off.
- DDDawnApr 18, 20264.0I went into jiffy lube to get my car inspected, a little bit of a wait due to them being understaffed but all of the employees who I interacted with were kind. Kyle did my inspection and made sure my windshield wipers were replaced before I could get it inspected (that made me a little frustrated because I already had them bought just not with me). Kyle also went above with also replacing my registration sticker since I had it in me and didn’t have a long scrapper.

Had a very pleasant experience with the female mechanics and the staff. I don’t write reviews but if you’re looking for great service this is the place. Thanks again to everyone at jiffy!!
