  We had occasion to use enterprise rent to car. After our car was totaled in an accident, we had the rental for about 6 weeks, and everything went as smoothly as possible. We were able to extend our time renting over the phone. Because we needed the car for a little longer. Everything went smoothly, no complaints here.

  I needed to rent a car quickly, and Enterprise made it easy,,after being so stressed out. They handled all of the insurance matters, and I enjoyed the GMC very much, beautiful, clean cars! Thank you guys for helping me out!! I appreciate you all!

  My mother Dolores rents vehicles for trips back to Long Island. I usually drop her off and I’ve watched this team make sure she gets in and out safely while navigating the snow and ice. They are very kind and effective workers. Enterprise has one heck of a team at this location. Keep up the good work guys.

  Ben is the reason I’ll come back to this location. I arrived before the office was even open, stressed, short on time, and dealing with a complicated fleet reservation situation. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in, patient with the details, and genuinely good at listening, which sounds like a low bar but isn’t when you’ve dealt with the alternative. Most importantly he was unquestionably competent. He got me into a car quickly and efficiently without making me feel like my situation was an inconvenience. That kind of calm, capable customer service is rare. If this location has any sense they’ll make sure they keep him around.
