I used to lol once the guys who originally worked there got fired and or left because they were very amazingly good at their jobs, helpful and would educate you especially someone like myself didnt know about certain things. For a few years I dreaded going to valvoline scared of what might not be done left undone, or done by mistake. I went there the other day and finally really good people again!!!

Extra services are available but there is never a hard sell on anything which would actually make me more likely to avail myself of them. The service is always faster than expected and stress free.

I would highly suggest Valvoline in the Town of Ulster. "G" and her staff are very knowledgeable and considerate.

The team here really comes together to provide the best vehicle care AND customer service. Christopher was who mainly handled our vehicle, but another girl who I will get her name next time, Kay something I believe, they were absolutely wonderful!! Services received on this visit were Full Synthetic Oil Change, new license plate lights, and cabin air filter (cabin air filter if you haven’t had it looked at, you should. I asked them to look at ours and little did I know that’s something that should be done every six monthish…well needless to say it was much needed, and took them less then five minutes and was well worth it. You can feel the difference when you get in your car after a new cabin filter, we certainly did unexpectedly) Side note, I downloaded the app and have gotten a $15 coupon so far each oil change, just sayin. 1st visit Jan 2026-Great customer service and car service received. Very please with the oil change and needed recommendations that I got, which I gladly accepted there recommended additional services, that they caught that the previous shop didn’t. Will absolutely be our new spot for service!! Thank you Gaisha for the wonderful customer service that you provided, you absolutely go out of your way to provide the best possible customer service, which was highly noticed today. Kudos to you and your team!!
