There are two people who work here Eric and Michael who have helped me tremendously. They walked me through my inspection, fixed a headlight issue without an issue, and now they’re taking care of my front brakes and rotors. What really stood out to me was how they took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and genuinely made sure my car was safe and taken care of with fast service. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel comfortable, respected, and not taken advantage of especially as a woman but STS made the entire experience stress-free. Eric and Michael were patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for reliable, honest work and great customer service, I highly recommend STS Tire . I’ll definitely be coming back and sending others their way.
