- AEAsem Elshamy2 days ago1.0Friendly and helpful guys. I went for 2 visits to fix my car. First visit was outstanding. Second visit i asked for the annual inspection/ change oil plus what necessary to get the sticker. They asked me that it’s better to change the brakes. I paid approx 13 hundred dollars.I left the shop driving back with my wife to ny city then I realised when driving a big noise from front brakes ( brake pads). Once i got home i sent the car again to another dealership and the report showed that oil never changed and brakes has problems and parts of it should be replaced. I was very frustrated and still don’t understand why i was charged this massive amount of money with no issue fixed. I don’t want to generalise my experience but i believe that wasn’t fair from you guys.
- EBEve Bobby3 days ago5.0STS is a great place! We were upstate for a few days, and discovered that one our tires was losing air. It was a Sunday so we were grateful to find them open. They checked it out and found that a screw in the tire was the culprit. Ed and José took excellent care of us. They were kind and knowledgeable. They patched the tire and also changed our windshield wipers at our request. We were comfortable inside as we waited, which wasn’t long at all. If we ever need anything car related while upstate again, we know where to go. Highly recommended!!!

Came in and I was in and out in half the time they gave me which wasn’t even a half hour. They are so kind and took care of everything. I see why they’re so highly rated as the service is really like no other. If I ever have another tire issue again they’ll be my go to place. So appreciative of their help!

They handled everything professionally and were extremely responsive during the whole process. Ultimately they had my car towed back to them and fixed everything with no additional charges.
