He also looked to see if there were any specials to bring the first rice down. People canncinplain about the costs, but unless you know someone who can fix for less, the costs are fairly standard.

What was not stated until I was at the desk is the alignment is an additional $130. Installing tires here in reality costs $250. The initial stated price should include alignment. Would not return, would not recommend.

The gentleman who helped us was an angel, he took care of us and got us back on the road right away. I highly recommend Monro if you’re in a pinch.

Couldn’t get them (not their fault) but they put our muffler system back together the best they could and charged us a very reasonable price. They were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. They also treated other customers well. I highly recommend them.
- JHJeannine HarrisDec 17, 20251.0Was referred here by my extended service contract. Went in after work on a Friday made appointment for Monday needed a Thermo Control Valve. Did not have heat for a week in the car it’s a cold winter! Came in Monday morning to drop my car off and a worker Brian came out and seems annoyed I was there. I explained my reason for being there and he said okay I’ll call you. I asked if he had the warranty I fi he got very annoyed and said someone didn’t do their job and put it in. I said would you like me to give it to you and he rudely said well that’s the only way I’m going to have it. I hate rude people especially on a Monday morning and when I’m freezing after my 45 minute freezing ride into town. Turns out I had to bring it to Subaru and had to pay Monroe $93.00 to diagnose it for 1/2 hour when I already knew what it needed. Turns out in addition I have a broken or loose motor mount that thy didn’t catch! Not happy with the customer service! Brian needs a new job out of customer service!
