I scheduled my appointment, and chose 2 tires that they supposedly had in stock. it was about $260, with a rebate. When I arrived, The man told me that corporate goes by what they ‘should’ have and not what they actually do. He gave me the option to get two alternative tires that were ‘not that much more’ - I ended up paying $560 for two tires. I couldn’t go anywhere else, I needed the tires as I had a large bubble in mine. I can’t drive with that. He offered no apology, and no discount, despite the fact that I told him the situation and that it was clearly them in the wrong this time. I am saddened to see the generic replies on other negative reviews, and the promises to improve that they clearly haven’t upheld. I paid literally double what I was expecting, without so much as a ‘sorry’. Do better. I hope you see this edit- I have tried multiple times to contact you guys via email and phone with no response. Even getting hung up on after waiting on hold for ten minutes with guest services. I have attached a screenshot of my quoted price. please contact me so we can make this right.

I would rather bring my BMW there then to the dealership with their overpriced service when I can get the fair and reasonable price service and great professionals at Monro muffler.
