  Horrible customer service from Vinny. I was made to wait while he made phone calls. There was a woman standing next to him doing nothing and awkwardly said hello when I greeted her. I told Vinny I would like to sit down and for him to let me know when he was finished. He didnt. All he had to do was take my name and my keys. Then I was told that my old change would cost more, $85, which I could have been informed when I made the appointment by phone. I also bought four new tires here previously pand they didn't replace any of the valve stems. I kept loosing air pressure and went back to Mavis twice for valve stems replacements before they informed me they never replace valve stems (nor inform their customer). Im usually quite loyal but Ill never go back there again. I went elsewhere for an oil change where they were efficient, friendly, and respectful. A nice change.

  A truly regrettable experience. AVOID Mavis tire to exchange tires or any significant work. They replaced 2 tires yesterday with brand new tires. The appointment took 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Within 6 hours one tire was flat. I called them first thing in the am. When I arrived I explained that the tire was in the trunk. They spent another hour checking the spare! It was obviously not a new tire and did not have the logo on the hub cap. A complete sign of incompetence from both the desk staff ( who subsequently blamed eachother) and the person performing the repair. How do you not notice that the tire you are checking is 3 years old and not the new one you put on less than one day ago? Go somewhere reputable. When I went back to the retailer they explained that there was no bead seal used at all! Mavis is not a reputable repair shop. Do not trust them with any repairs. Just look at this rim. There is no bead seal whatsoever.

  My truck would not start and I needed a jump. Mavis was across the street and they sent a guy with a battery pack to jump my truck and we then drove it into their shop and replaced the battery. The service was top notch as Vinnie, Matt and Randy were a real pleasure to work with. I was done in an hour, and all for a very fair price.

  I was having problems with my tire pressures and Mike M. fit me in right away and resolved the issue. The team there has always provided great service and I will always bring my car there for service..

  I’ve been a Mavis customer for over 20 yrs. Recently, I’ve been taken care of by Randy who is professional and extremely knowledgeable as are Vinnie and Corey. Most of time , all work is performed in a timely fashion . Mavis is my choice regarding any automotive work.
