- TPTimothy Phillips2 days ago1.0I've been using a dealership for all my needs and haven't had any issues. Out of pire convenience thought I'd try Mavis. I had 2 front tires replaced on my 2023 Ram promaster. Inside the cab things were shuffled around, my bookbag was unzipped and a ratchet extension was stolen. On the passenger side the rain rail was jacket up on and half of it was bent and mostly flattened. I've NEVER had an experience like this and I'm 47 yrs old. The salesman Randy was a pleasure to work with and he was his word on everything. I felt that he was a straight shooter. One of the workers on the other hand is a thief and unprofessional doing the work. I will not ever return here with any of my 6 personal vehicles or my construction work vans.
