Actually it probably only took them 15 minutes, but because of a badly-designed service garage, your car—when service is complete—must sit and wait while the car in front of yours is done. I won’t be back to this specific Jiffy Lube. Not even for the free car wash that came with my service. Terrible. Terrible.

I believe one car was being inspected. Honestly, since I wasn't getting a car inspection I didn't pay attention.Inside the other two bays had three cars and there were three cars outside the bays including me. I knew there would be a wait, which is why I arrived early. The mood in the waiting room was tense. I heard grumbles about the wait. It took thirty minutes for anyone to be called about their car. At an hour and 45 minutes I was finally called. The girl seemed annoyed that I was uninterested in the upsells. I understand up selling is part of your business model. At that point I just wanted to leave. I knew I would be late for the event I had scheduled later that morning. Anyone who knows me knows I hate being late. Now we are at the two hour mark. I was told that would have to be okay with an attitude by the check out clerk. She also told me she didn't have an attitude. She told me it was was because they had more services done including waiting for a battery. I waited two hours for a simple oil change. I use this location quite often as my home is less than a minute drive away. I personally have watched cars be rolled in and out of those stalls before if more services were being performed such as needing to order a battery. As I said prior, I use this location often. This is the first time I recieved such poor service. Hopefully, this will be the last time I receive such service. If this is the direction Hoffman is going and finds that type of customer service acceptable I will change oil change companies and cancel my car wash membership.
