  Went here for an inspection and needed new tires and brake pads, fair enough. Spent over $1200. Then after I check out the guy tells me I need to go somewhere else to get the tires aligned in order to preserve the warranty. No one can take me same day, so not sure if my warranty will be honored. He also recommended van klleek and said it would be about $80-$90, well it’s $160 and they are very busy. Just a heads up if you need tires, go to somewhere that the alignment will be done. Otherwise shop was friendly and service was speedy.

  Horrible experience was over charged and I brung my own oil and filter and was still charged 60$ oil prints left on my steering wheel the front desk guy was also rude and not helpful at all I will never be back to that location ever again

  Not that impressed honestly. Disappointed to find that fluids aren’t topped off (windshield wiper fluid) prob took 15- 20 mins and was $135. Considering the bare minimum was done and oil + filter causes about $40 I find that it was a bit overpriced. Also, classic sales tactic of bringing out a cabin air filter with debris sitting on top and I declined to replace since they charge $50 and I can do it myself for only the cost of filter ($7 new online). So the man said in an unpleasant tone “here, put this back in.” To the team members and now naturally my car is making a rattling noise when the heat is on. The noise rattling thing happened now twice (this being the second vehicle that it’s happened. And ironically only the second oil change that I’ve gotten here.) Additionally, they put my return mileage as only 3k miles from now. I got a full synthetic oil. Should be 5-7k miles to return. Overall gave me the vibe that they were just looking for ways to make extra easy money.

  I’ve been getting my oil changes at Grease Monkey for a while now, and I have appreciated the fast and friendly service.. That has changed the past two times I’ve come in. A couple months ago I came in for an oil change and clearly specified full synthetic. That didn’t happen, I was given a blend. I chalked it up to miscommunication. But then today, the same thing happened. Because of my previous experience I was sure to be extremely clear that I’d like full synthetic, and I even said it twice, telling the guy I had a blend last time but I want full synthetic. I went inside to wait and the same guy told me my differential fluid is black and should be changed every 20k miles. I questioned this and asked for more details and he was rude and dismissive. I said no thanks. Then, my oil change was done and guess what, he gave me a blend again. I asked him didn’t you hear me clearly request full synthetic? He responded dismissively that my truck “gets” a blend. I said again I requested full synthetic, and he made an excuse that no one in the past 50 oil changes has requested that and he asked me why I want it. What the hell? I guess I’ll need to go elsewhere, it’s disappointing because this place has been so convenient, but I won’t have my clear requests ignored and dismissed.
