I arrived before the office was even open, stressed, short on time, and dealing with a complicated fleet reservation situation. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in, patient with the details, and genuinely good at listening, which sounds like a low bar but isn’t when you’ve dealt with the alternative. Most importantly he was unquestionably competent. He got me into a car quickly and efficiently without making me feel like my situation was an inconvenience. That kind of calm, capable customer service is rare. If this location has any sense they’ll make sure they keep him around.
