When we went to call to see what was available someone answered then promptly hung up before we could ask about other cares that may be available. Thinking it happened in error we tried several times with no difference - heard the call click from hold as off they were going to answer then after a couple of seconds hung up. I believe my husband and so tried 4-5 times before giving up, cancelling our reservation for the car, and finding a rental car place in Albany that is available. We have tried multiple enterprise location this weekend and it was the same every time - book them and then get an email that there really were no cars available to rent. The only difference is this office never bothered to pick up the phone.
