    Was waiting for a truck for over 10 days. Never notified when 1 was available. Instead had to call and was then told there was something available. Was told the truck was being held for us, showed up and was told we couldn't be helped because we didn't have an appointment. Made an "appointment" and was ready to pick up the truck. The truck was so dirty that we couldn't even do the inspection for scratches. Opened the driver door and was told it was vacuumed and sanitized, which my personal truck is cleaner than this truck was. Leo was extremely rude and didn't seem to care. Was also told that there were no full sized SUVs available when the entire lot was full of JEEPS and GMCs that were covered in snow which was from a storm we had Friday and today is Mon. Im not an expert in renting cars but seems like its a bunch of kids that clearly dont care. Even watch 1 of the employees clear the top of the truck of snow with a shovel. Horrible customer service from both employee and cleanliness of the truck. Will not be going back EVER. 12 days is more than enough time to be able to find a vehicle for us to use.

    In and out really fast. And they even drove us to the bus station in town as complimentary service. Super nice.
