  We purchased a battery today and had such a pleasant experience. Bryan assisted us and he was terrific. Friendly and engaging and very knowledgeable. He knew our car model well and installed the new battery in a jiffy. Highly recommend Auto Zone.

  I had an excellent experience yesterday at the Kingston location all because of the person at the counter, Josie. I was unsure about a bulb I needed and though I brought in a photo, she suggested we go outside to my vehicle and make sure. When we came back in she showed me a couple of different priced bulbs to choose from and when I bought it she told me to be careful handling the bulb and provided me with a glove to change it with. Maybe this is all supposed to be standard service, but her great attitude, like she actually enjoyed helping me, made all the difference. Josie is a great asset to this location! Thanks!

  Once again Kingston Autozone comes up with an excuse to not change the battery in a 2020 lia sportage. Say its to difficult. You tube this and let me.know ehat ya think ?.5 minutes. Two push pins and 3 nuts battery is swapped. Talk about lazy and shitty service. Dont advertise if you wont do.it. Never again will i spend money here. NOT TO MENTION THE STORE MANAGER HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM TO SAY THE LEAST. SHE BARKS OUT CALL 1800 AUTOZONE W YOUR COMPLAINT... LOOKS LIKE ITS ADVANCED AUTO FROM THIS POINT FORWARD.

  Bryan was extremely helpful, he came out and helped me diagnose an issue I was having with my car. He was patient and insightful and very professional. I would definitely use these guys again.
