    Check your receipt when exchanging parts. I purchased the wrong part and exchanged it for the correct one. Although the new reciept's total was correct, the newer part wasn't listed on it. That became a big problem when I discovered that part was defective from the factory. The product was Car Quest branded spark plug wires that had their boots glued too far away from the wire ends. I decided to buy from a different parts store despite only getting store credit for returning the defective part.

    Rudest employee on the planet works here. I went in looking for a side terminal battery bolt. I passed a guy outside on the phone when I went in. He be looks like the guy that was working there yesterday. I browsed the store looking for the bolt. I didn’t see it in the electrical section. I went to the batter section. Not there either. So I went to the counter. I told the parts man what I needed and he waved to the general merchandise. I asked him to show me. He huffed, walked over to an aisle and slapped some things hanging up, scooted back behind the counter and waited on the next person. I selected the part he slapped and walked to his counter and tossed it up there and waited in line again. He was offended and started to tell me how rude I was and he refused to sell it to me. Well at that point I laid into this guy. He doesn’t seem to know why he is employed by the store. TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS. He obviously needs special training from corporate to learn his job. I will avoid this store from now on at all costs.
