  If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought my $80,000 camper to Camping World thinking I was dealing with professionals. Instead, I got months of neglect, damage, and straight-up disgusting conditions. They kept my camper from October to April—and clearly did nothing but let it sit and rot. When I finally got it back, it looked like it had been dragged through a mud pit. The floors were absolutely caked in dirt. Not a little dusty—FILTHY. Like no one even bothered to step inside before handing it back. Then let’s talk about the damage THEY caused. They had to replace a board in the bedroom, and instead of doing the most basic, common-sense thing—unsticking the LED light strips and putting them back—they shredded them in multiple spots. These lights are literally adhesive. Peel them off. Put them back. That’s it. Instead, they destroyed them like they had no clue what they were doing. And now for the part that really tells you everything you need to know about this place—SIX dead mice sitting in my kitchen cabinet garbage can. SIX. Right where they were working on my faucet. So what’s the excuse here? They saw it and ignored it? Or they didn’t even bother to look where they were working? Either way, that’s not just careless—that’s disgusting and completely unacceptable. You had my camper for MONTHS. You were in that exact area. And you’re telling me no one noticed a pile of dead rodents? That’s beyond lazy—it’s negligent. This is not “bad service.” This is zero standards, zero accountability, and zero respect for someone else’s property. I trusted you with a major investment, and you returned it in the worse conditions i have ever seen!

  My wife and I had an excellent experience at Camping World in Kingston, NY. Our salesman, Ryan, was personable, transparent, and helped us pick the best travel trailer suited for us. Ryan helped us every step of the way and made us feel like family. I highly recommend visiting Camping World and specifically asking for Ryan Decker.

  Word of warning: RUN! And not just from this dealer, but from all of Camping World. I purchased a Winnebago RV from this dealer for north of $100k in November of 2025. We are in April now and the vehicle isn't street legal yet. They failed to register the vehicle on my behalf in their first try, as Colorado requires local VIN verification (but they knew this ahead of time). So then I asked to self register and was denied. Anna Marie Conway told me that I am not allowed to do that. And insisted that I use their wholly incompetent service provider, Auto Data Direct, to finalize the registration. And here I am, 5 months later, without a legal registration for the vehicle, still paying for it, no end in sight. A $100k purchase. A complete failure in service. My next step after writing this review is to contact both the NY and CO State Attorney Generals offices. And after, my lawyer. Do yourself a favor and run from this incompetent establishment.

  We just traded our class a in for a newer one. Our sales person Ashley was wonderful! So helpful and knowledgeable. I think she was as excited as we were! I would highly recommend her. Made the whole process so much easier!

  Thank you to Ryan for helping us find just what we were looking for. He walked us through every step from start to driving away. The staff are all professional and accommodating, never pushy. We had a great experience and can’t wait for our first trip.
