Steve and Dave were sharp, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They were helpful, diligent, and very confident in their knowledge, which gave me a lot of trust right off the bat. Shoutout to John too — he was the one who handled the tire patch, and between all three of them, they made it happen like a team. No nonsense, no guessing, just solid service and good communication. As someone who runs a business myself, I respect people who move with professionalism and take pride in their work — and that’s exactly how these guys operated.
