- NGNubia Graham3 days ago5.0I recently had an oil change and did not have to wait long. When they brought my car in, they noticed a nail was stuck in my tire. They let me know and fixed my tire. Great customer service. I highly recommend Mavis in Kerhonkson, NY.
- CNCatherine NorthFeb 28, 20261.0This was hands down one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived 20 minutes before my 4:00 PM appointment. Despite being early, I sat there until 5:30 PM before anything even started moving. At 5:45 PM, they finally pulled a vehicle into the service bay… and it wasn’t even my car. They brought the wrong vehicle in and only realized their mistake when they claimed the tires they were supposed to install weren’t “in my car.” That level of disorganization is unacceptable. During the process, they damaged my locking lug nuts and immediately tried to blame it on wherever I had previously serviced my vehicle instead of taking responsibility. No accountability. No ownership. Just deflection. After all that wasted time, they failed my inspection over a ripped wiper blade. Something that could have been replaced in minutes if they had honored my scheduled appointment time. They didn’t even have a replacement blade available, yet still chose to fail the inspection, forcing me to leave and deal with it elsewhere. I spent nearly two hours waiting, watched them service the wrong vehicle, had parts of my car damaged, and then left with a failed inspection over something minor and easily fixable. This location is disorganized, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

I came back the following day at the scheduled time and got stuck waiting for two hours. I waited over an hour before they even brought my car in. Then the inspection took almost an hour. Midway through the inspection, they told me that I had to have a light replaced. So a light that was working earlier was no longer working? Possible, sure. But I tell you what's definite-- I'll never go back to Mavis again. One positive note, the person who works at the front desk was very kind and apologetic. But his awesomeness can't make up for the rest of it.
