  The employee was not very friendly. He seemed to be in a bad mood and used one word answers in response to any of my questions. They removed my old inspection sticker and left it crumbled on my dashboard. The new one was put on crooked and carelessly. The adhesive from the old sticker remained on the windshield. The place was filthy, even for a service shop. The price was fair and the service was completed in a relatively short period of time. I would use this place again because it's conveniently close to my home but I would not recommend it to others.

  Got an inspection done without issue, but noticed that the employee at the desk was rude to others. I wouldn’t having recommend anything done other than an inspection here.

  Great experience. I watched them inspect my car, and I saw the detail they were using to complete the task. I was happy I passed obviously, but knowing they did a thorough job for my safety is awesome too.

  If I could give a negative rating, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car shop. I strongly suggest going to R&R Tires directly across the street instead. I recommend always getting a second opinion if you come here—they seem to fabricate issues to charge more money. I would especially not recommend that women go in alone. The customer service was nonexistent. They gave me a repair quote before even properly diagnosing the problem. I ended up taking my car across the street, and they fixed the tire quickly with no issues. Everything I was told here turned out to be completely untrue. The staff at R&R even mentioned they frequently see customers coming from this place with similar complaints.

  Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change for a company vehicle. Went to drop it off yesterday and the person working said he couldn’t guarantee it could be done. It needed to be approved through the company which is why the appointment was made 2 weeks ahead. They never bothered to get the approval in 2 weeks time. He said the company is closed Saturdays but we were never told that when making the appointment for a Saturday. He was rude to the guy in front of us, swearing when the phone rang and rude to us. Definitely won’t be back and this is why you have 2 star reviews on yelp
