  Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change for a company vehicle. Went to drop it off yesterday and the person working said he couldn’t guarantee it could be done. It needed to be approved through the company which is why the appointment was made 2 weeks ahead. They never bothered to get the approval in 2 weeks time. He said the company is closed Saturdays but we were never told that when making the appointment for a Saturday. He was rude to the guy in front of us, swearing when the phone rang and rude to us. Definitely won’t be back and this is why you have 2 star reviews on yelp

  Wish there was a zero star option. At what point of bad reviews do you guys get rid of this guy?!?! Against our better judgment and seeing the reviews of the gentleman that services the front we still tried. Carshield set up an appointment for us for Friday. He gave us the run around and to bring it back Saturday. We come Saturday..then tells us Monday. We then bring it back this morning Monday. Now mind you this is all after he gives us this speech about how carshield doesn't want to pay and telling us what he thinks is wrong with the car before it's even pulled into a bay. Now Monday he tells us he can't take us as customers because I personally yelled and got loud with him. Which never ever ever happened. I commonly told him I don't think it's the heater core because I do mechanics myself as well and one of the hoses is leaking that I know of. If you guys don't want to take carshield then just say that!! To make people come out in this cold three times just to give them the run-around and then be rude to them is ridiculous. And then after I'm going through the reviews this morning I see that other people have the same experience to which Monro muffler has actually responded to all of these people saying to call and leave a review about the store and him personally. GET THIS GUY GONE!!!
