Can someone explain how she went in for one thing and leave with another problem? I’ve had plenty of oil changes and this has never happened. Sure feels like a scam like people have said. Definitely won’t be going back since I left with more problems than we came in with.

At that point my car was driven into the lift and popped my brand new tire. They put a mismatched tire on rt front and per my normal technician bc it is fwd they need to match. And then I have my rim that is chunked out most likely from the impact or change out of tire and my mirror is scratched with blue paint from the technician hitting the repair hoist .
