We got all that at your Jamestown NY shop, and cheerful conversations along with it. Your shop team did excellent work, efficient too. What was very, very low quality compared to our repair shop experiences was the phone service by your call center in Texas. We had to call more than once because we were in NY state, not our home state, and didn't know local geography. We weren't ready to make an appointment on the first call, but that seemed to be a requirement to do anything. So each call required a whole new explanation - as if there was no record kept of call #1 when we made call #2, etc. Every call we had to start from scratch....
