  DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This auto shop is not only an absolute scam, but they DO NOT CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST about the quality of their work. I came in for a simple headlight bulb replacement, and they charged me over $325 to not even do half the job, and to do absolutely none of the job properly. They only replaced one bulb despite me specifically hiring them to replace both headlight bulbs. They used an old halogen bulb made for an older model of the car so that they could pocket the change, and they jacked up the price nearly $100 from their estimate with zero explanation at all. They also attempted to scam me by charging me $400 "+free install" for a battery that cost less than $200. In their attempt to get me to buy said battery, they messed with stuff they weren't supposed to, and triggered the anti-theft system in my car as well as completely locked me out of my radio and navigation system. As a bonus they permanently damaged my key fob decorations. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  Welp Monro just lost me as a loyal customer. Went to get a state inspection and was told my car did not pass inspection because of a ball point going bad and that all my tires were dry rotting including my winter tires. Everything needed to be replaced costing close to $1700 total in their book if i were to get 4 new tires and throw out my old tires. I’m sure when they read this they will figure out who I am but whatever Im never going back and will tell all my friends and family not to go. Instead I will direct them to schults auto which performed a state inspection 2 days later and came back with a very different opinion on my car which is crazy. Said my ball point joint was not close to bad enough not to pass state inspection and my tires were fine and not dry rotting. Well in the end it’s who should I believe. I think I’ll believe the ones that dont work on commission like Monro. This interaction felt very predatory and Im just done. I get upselling but theres gotta be a boundary.

  Had 4 tires installed on my car and all 4 of my rims were damaged. Scoring marks all around each rim.

  When I tell you..I had theeeeee BEST EXPERIENCE at Monroe Auto Service🎈🎉🎈🎉 The customer service was PHENOMENAL and the prices were great🎈 I'd choose them over ANYONE‼️‼️‼️‼️
