  Steve is awesome at his job. I’ve used them a few times and I’ve never had any trouble. I’ve driven to Kentucky and used them when my car was in the shop. Highly recommend our local enterprise.

  Personnel efficient and friendly and I will certainly go to Enterprise again . I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental.

  I needed a rental because someone hit my car and it would be in for repair for awhile. Cusimano's called them a week ahead of time and told them that I would need a van because I have an elderly mother and disabled son to transport. Made an appt time of 11am to pick up the "van". Got there 10 min early and was told that they were expecting cars from Buffalo and they should have been there at 10:30. At 11:30 I had to ask for them to check where they were. 20 min later they arrive and no van. My choices were a small SUV or mid size which was still small. No reason why with a weeks notice it couldn't be done right. Then this past Tuesday get a call saying that I need to return the car by Thursday. (per accident coverage of the person that hit me, I had a month) I asked what if my car isn't ready yet, she says it's due Thursday and hung up. Absolutely no professional manners. Terrible experience.

  I had arranged to be picked up by enterprise at the start of my rental- they left me sit at a garage for an hour. Then upon arrival at the enterprise location I was made to wait an additional 45min-hour until I could receive service. Upon getting to the counter to check my vehicle out - they did not have any enough cars for the amount of rentals reserved and they did not have the car I had reserved. At one point myself and 3 other people were left alone in the lobby with your key box unsecured, phones ringing nonstop. Thankfully, returning the rental car was a lot easier than getting it. I had also called the corporate number and spoke to a representative the day I was made to wait in total about 2 hours - I was told I would receive an email from corporate to which I never did. I also had never received my contract in my email until I returned the rental - which is honestly sketchy. I had called in multiple times telling them I had never received a contract- they verified the email address but I did not receive it until I returned the car. If I had to put my enterprise experience on a scale of 1-10 I would probably give it a 4.
