  Had a bad experience with another shop a few years ago and was afraid to take my car anywhere else. But after seeing my aunt go here a few times, I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. They did an amazing job and made me feel more trusting in having someone work on my car. Thank you ❤️

  Went to these guys because i work very close to them better yet have to pass good year to go there to get my car wheels aligned 2 days after still having the problem wasted my $93 dollars never again good year here i come

  These guys are wonderful. I took my vehicle to a different Mavis tire shop in Brooklyn on Pennsylvania Avenue for a slow leak the day before. They plugged my tire for me. When I got off from work the next morning my tire was flat again. So I came to a different Mavis shop on Baisley Blvd and they discovered that my tire still had a drill bit in it. Also, that the area that they plugged my tire should have never been plugged in that area. What makes it so bad is that I had a warranty so all they had to do was swap out the tire and let me pay the difference for a new tire. The professionalism at this shop is greatly appreciated and their work is above par. I recommend this Mavis tire shop for any of your auto needs.

  Showed up to get some air in a emergency flat tire situation...they plugged it up free of charge for me and had great customer service. 10/10 would go again, tip these guys and give them a raise!

  My experience at This Mavis is wonderful. Mike the manager is patient, kind, knowledgeable about issues I’ve had with my previous vehicle and now my truck. I’m extremely saddened that he’s moving on because he is a viable asset to this particular Mavis. I’m praying that he stays, however, this new chapter with new customers he will continue to have a revolving door of customers. He is someone you can trust. I also appreciate my mechanic Duane who is a hard worker and knows what he’s doing. I can go on and on about them both. They are dependable, reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy. Not to mention knowledgeable as I’ve previously stated above. Both my husband and I have had our vehicle worked on consistently and we are satisfied with Mike and Duane. It’s employees like them that employers try to accommodate in salary because Mavis will increase in revenue. As I’ve waited so many customers and myself had conversations about their customer service skill as well as mechanical skills and I hope after reading this recitation is shown to them to have them kept on. It’s what makes for “Good Business” Practice which ultimately is the bottom line. The saying happy life makes a happy wife is no different then happy employees makes for good business practices and returning customers such as myself and husband. Mike and Duane thank you for ALL YOU BOTH DO! It doesn’t go unnoticed especially by me. God bless you and I hope when I return for My oil change I see Mike greet me as he always does with a smile and cheer! I’m so pleased with Duane as MY Mechanic, I don’t want anyone else to work on my truck. Likewise my husband. Duane is diligent to make sure he addresses each area of concern so that I don’t have to return with a similar issue and if so it is fixed. Duane is pleasant, hard worker, and very reliable. He work effortlessly and I appreciate him and all he provides. He is know as my “ Car Baby Daddy” because he takes care of it as though it’s his own. That’s whats needed today good mechanics and managers.
