  Received the car reeking like marijuana, the car was not cleaned or inspected before I received it. Upon giving the car back the clerk was suspiciously quick to find "damage" on the tail gate. Even through dirty and snow. The car was returned in the same exact condition I received it. I usually rent from sixt Exclusively, I will not be anymore.

  Do Not Rent from this company. They literally charged me $1,300 for a “scratch” they are claiming. Attached the photo for your opinion. No one walked the car with me when I dropped it off, for all I know they did that moving the car.

  Every customer, including me , don’t get the rental or even rental class we booked for at the time I came. They tried to give me another vehicle because of the inconvenience but wanted 600$ extra dollars. Instead of a truck I ended up with a car that they tried to convince me was the same class. Once getting the car the audio didn’t even work and needs to be adjusted. On top of that my vehicle was returned Sunday the 22nd yet I’m getting calls three days later about a vehicle that wasn’t returned , yet my hold was let go. This is the mode unorganized , inefficient rental place I’ve ever used.

  Fast and effortless pick up and return! The car looked and ran great. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

  Would of gave 5 stars but my vehicle wasn’t available when I arrived but one thing I really was impress with is how quickly Anthony seen my frustration and quickly assured me that my time wouldn’t be wasted no longer and got me in another vehicle and physically went to pick up the actual vehicle something I really appreciate great customer service for that I give Anthony 5Stars 🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾
