Just walking out toward the terminal there was a National employee who wished me a safe flight home- I didn’t return the car to her, didn’t interact w her for any business, just a … hey , I see a customer and I’m going to wish them a good day. It wasn’t fake either , I can smell fake a mile away… it was genuine. Well done JFK National employees you ARE making a difference !

They failed to notate this prior damage even at my request and even with their assurance that it was notated. And the car was very dirty. Not what I have experienced at other National facilities.
