The staff, however, were great - very welcoming and efficient which goes a long way after a 15+ hour flight journey. Alyssa was our attendant and she was a great communicator and very personable. Will definitely consider renting here again when we need to get home from the airport.

They did not mention anything about tolls or expass and they know we are not from the USA. 2 weeks later they billed us £173.50 in English pounds so we cannot even dispute this as not even in country. They also changed our car to a different car which was not what we paid for as they didn’t want us to drive it to canada and that car sat nav didn’t work and we didn’t even get a discount for them changing our car as their excuse was the drivers in canada cannot drive, even though we had cover. Will not be hiring again if we come back.

Checked the location when I got home and it pinged at the car rental agency before the battery died. Filed a claim with them, only to have to chase after them and be told nobody found anything. I had to then spend more money and get a new device all because of dishonest agents that cleaned the car.
