  I rented years ago and didn't like that they didn't give you unlimited miles also they charged an extra 100 dollars to return the car at a different location. They changed both of these and the customer service at JFK was outstanding. Definitely would rent again.

  Customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. It felt as though this enterprise location is only willing to assist guests who are flying through JFK. As this is not listed online When I politely asked what the best option would be in my situation, the representative responded by saying, “I’m not able to take your debit card if you didn’t fly in — I’ll lose my job,” instead of offering guidance or alternative solutions. The tone and delivery were dismissive and not helpful. I was simply looking for assistance, and the interaction did not reflect a customer-focused experience. As I walked out he smiled at me with such enthusiasm, as if making someone’s day hard is what he gets paid for.

  Generally good experience, good service, clean car. Shout out to my guy Dave Matthews(I think that's the last name), bro got my car and preheated everything when I foolishly flew up in winter wearing shorts and a t-shirt, he's the 🐐

  Customer service was 10 out of 10. I was at budget next-door and was completely dissatisfied with their service and decided to come over to you guys because I had a reservation for both. I'm glad I went with enterprise. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and it was such a welcoming presence. Lyssa & Murray were especially helpful during my visit trying to get the perfect vehicle for myself and my family.

  Very polite and happy to be there, you love being around people who love their job and who do it well. Everyone is welcoming and warm, you do not find this often especially with young adults, good to see wouldn’t go anywhere else no matter where I lived worth the travel believe me.
