- TRT RDec 9, 20255.0I stopped by last minute to ask if they could install a new battery, but they told me to come back the next day. When I got to my car, it wouldn’t start at all. I walked back into the store and explained the situation, and even though it was freezing outside, one of the gentlemen came out right away to help. He changed the battery in the bitter cold with his hands literally freezing, and he still got it done quickly and professionally. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Please give this man a raise!

- NFN FridayNov 30, 20255.0Romain helped me replace my repeatedly dead battery. Which tested as Bad Battery via the Battery Tester. He was through and I appreciate the quick service he provided. He checked all of the fluids levels as well to confirmed that I was good otherwise after showing me that my coolant was below the minimum level and advise me to refill it. So I did. Now Im ready to go proceed with the rest of my day. Thank you for excellent service Romain at Autozone,

He even took his time to show myself and teen daughter how we could change it ourselves next time. Thank you so much ! Your assistance was greatly appreciated. Autozone, Tarin needs an immediate promotion and raise !!!!
