  Came last night to test battery they told me me it wasn’t working , called in the morning to ask if the battery test is working they said yes , I went in the store and told me they cant test Cuase of small flurries of snow , BAD SERVICE DONT GO

  Terrible service. If the app allowed me to give it 0 stars, I would. The staff are impatient and don't pay attention to you because they're more concerned with playing music at full volume. And they have difficulty hearing, so they end up yelling at you. I hope the administrators follow up on this; I'm not asking them to do so just because of my Remember that they have other unhappy customers, but they don't take the time to let them know.

  Horrible experience. I came here to return an unopened, unused product, and the clerk just dismissed it immediately. It’s within the return policy and I drove to another store and they accepted it. I will never come here again although this has been my go to store I rather drive 30 minutes the opposite way than to come back here. The staff is constantly rude but to not ask or suggest or offer any type of solution when another store did is wild. My whole family comes here cause we all live around the area, will definitely be letting them know not to support this store. Get better staff.

  Very bad experience with the people who work here. One day they couldn't help me with my car battery, and now I needed them to check the engine light that came on, and they told me the machine was broken. Nothing ever works here.

  After I purchased a battery for $250, I was told they couldn’t install it because installation is only a “courtesy service” and no one was available. If that’s the case, why advertise battery installation at all?
