The staff are impatient and don't pay attention to you because they're more concerned with playing music at full volume. And they have difficulty hearing, so they end up yelling at you. I hope the administrators follow up on this; I'm not asking them to do so just because of my Remember that they have other unhappy customers, but they don't take the time to let them know.
