A simple battery change turned into an unnecessarily long and unpleasant process. The wait was well over 10 minutes, with only one register open and the manager moving slowly and other employees there pretending to look busy while customers in line, including myself, grew frustrated. I changed the battery myself, since they refused to do so. When I went inside to return the old battery for the refund they promise, I stood in line and waited my turn. To my surprise, the same employee who had just helped me accused me of skipping the line. I explained that I am not that type of person and the customers around me even confirmed that I had waited. Despite this, the way the situation was handled left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Something as simple as a battery change should not leave a customer feeling this way. I will not be returning to this location. I hope the customer experience is evaluated and improved.
