  We had a tire blowout on our trailer Saturday morning heading out of town. Called Goodyear of Ithaca and Kevin answered the phone. Explained our situation and gave him the tire size of what we needed and he was able to get us right in and get the tire changed over. Logan , the technician that changed the tire for us, was really pleasant about the situation, he was out in the cold and rain taking the wheel and tire off getting soaked and had such a terrific attitude! Christina who was also working the desk was so pleasant to chat with. Overall great experience in an emergency situation! They made it very effortless for us and the total time spent at the facility was less than 45 minutes! Great job team! We can’t thank you enough!

  Service was amazing! Polite, professional, and managed to finish well before they'd said. I was only getting my car inspected; they noted a few issues that weren't on the inspection, made a few recommendations with estimates, and didn't pressure me when I said I'd rather take care of those another time. Price I paid was the flat fee for NYS inspection, nothing extra or unexpected. They even fixed/tweaked a few small things that had nothing to do with inspection, without even mentioning it; those things had been driving me *crazy*, but I hadn't said anything to them about it. I was SO excited when I saw they'd taken care of it! Will *definitely* be back!

  Excellent service and very professional handling my needs with a flat tire even though it was completed after closing time. I would give 10 stars to the Ithaca location for the great job they did

  Had a fantastic experience at the store. My tires had dry rotted a bit earlier than expected. They were able to schedule me in for a inspection the same day and worked with goodyear warranty to get me a very good credit on my old tires towards the new ones.

  Tried quoting me $105 to fix a rear license plate light that was supposedly out. Then told me they could replace both for $125, all during a routine oil change appointment. Checked later and both lights were on and working. Sketchy and predatory.
