I had scheduled my appointment in the afternoon and then realized a storm was coming so i was easily abble to adjust my appointment time via the text link they provided. I had to wait at the shop and my windshield was replaced within 2 hours. I was quoted 2 to 3 so I was happy. I did have full coverage so I am unsure of their prices.
