Rented one from Ithaca, NY from a place with very limited hours and no weekend pick up/or possibility of talking to someone. One way drop off at a Home Depot was easy. FYI no back up camera on a 16 foot long truck!

After waiting 30’ minutes for them to process m credit card (which I had already given online) they told me that all they had was 12’ trucks. Why bother having an online reservation system if your not going to provide the equipment reserved? And they did not even bother to contact me in advance to tell me it was not available. I ended up going to UHAUL down the street and had a much better experience. 1 Star because the the guys working the desk was very friendly.
