- JMJoseph McneillOct 22, 20253.0They do good work, getting the job done… but 2 hour inspection with a booked appointment… took that long because of a $10 light bulb, that I could’ve walked across the street to the AutoZone and got… instead they had it delivered which took 2 hours… that’s definitely a work smarter not harder moment, and to make someone wait with a 2 year old for 2 hours for a $10 bulb that they told me they had in store already when I dropped the vehicle off, I told them I would walk across the street and get a bulb, guy said “we have one in stock” I thought that meant they had it on hand…
