No whwre in nys inspection guidlines does it say you meed brake hardware installed its optional and some pads dont even come with hardware to insall because it doesnt do anything but spress noise

I came on time for my appt, waited 1.5 hrs before they pulled my car into the garage, they did 10 minutes of work aligning my tires and syncing my TPMS and then charged me $160. I'm giving 3 stars instead of less because I knew going in that their tire alignment was a flat price. But 10 minutes for $160 seems a bit excessive. I can't speak to their other work, but it might be worth exploring other places for wheel alignments.
