- NNNicholas Frazier (Nick)Oct 7, 20252.0Having gotten service at lots of Volvo dealerships across the US I can say without a doubt, these guys are pretty much the least responsive service center with the Volvo name I’ve ever interacted with. Two starts because Volvos are awesome, but these guys are NOT. Ithaca Foreign Car down the road 5 mins are way more personal, friendly and responsive. Real bummer. I hope it gets better.

I noticed the rims on the car are the wrong size so wanted to see if they would maybe discount the price of some new rims that are the proper size. They basically laughed in my face. Then when I was leaving said " good luck with your car" sarcastically. I felt like thanks for buying a car now we want nothing to do with you. NEVER will I go back there or recommend anyone to go there.

They helped out a ton when they found a second hand side view mirror (exactly the same one, color and all) from a car that was wrecked and installed it on my parents car for less than like 1/4 of the price of getting a brand new one.
