My car was taken in to garage at 8:52. Thinking that there might be a courtesy discount for my inconvenience. I was told there wouldn’t be. After a phone call was made by Liz, $20 was removed from the bill.I/We were extremely grateful when Liz arrived. She was extremely polite and professional, and was able to get the system up and running so the work could finally be done. Maybe this is extremely lucky to have her as a member of their team. She Is extremely worthy of a rating of more than five stars.This was my first experience here and needless to say there definitely will not be a second experience.
