I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and when I arrived I was told that they could not perform the service because of a daily limit imposed by NYS. This sounds like a blatant lie…. But even if it’s true, they should have managed their schedule to be able to honor my appointment or at least notified me before arriving that they could not do the service .
