  I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 1:30 pm. I was dealing with Steve who always goes above and beyond. I saw they were super busy so I said I’ll leave the car for the day no problem. I call at around 4 pm for an update and was told by whoever answered the phone that they are finishing up to come now. I get there (Steve is gone at this point unfortunately) and my car isn’t done which I was okay with but I went to pay and I hear them discussing the bmw that came in for an oil change and tire rotation is missing a lug nut. I said what’s going on with my car? I was rudely scolded by whoever was at the desk. The guy says we have 3 bmws here how do I know which one it is. Understandable but my bmw that is here is getting those exact two services right now so can you please find out….. This guy has me standing at the front for a good 15 minutes with an irritable toddler not letting me know if it’s my car or even allowing me to pay. Even one of the other workers was like this lady is standing here waiting to pay. Eventually I address the rude guy again and tell him well I do have pictures of all the wheels because I had issues at a different Mavis so now I make sure to take pictures prior and I can assure you all the lug nuts are there. The guy proceeds to tell me that it was rusted so he threw it away but when I first came in he didn’t know which bmw it was….He also says if he knew earlier he would have just ordered a new one because it’s only $8. So you threw it away because it was rusted but you just found that out now I thought you were the one who threw it away? Definitely a bunch of lies. This wasn’t even the case though, they lost the oem lug nut. At this point I am over it just replace the lug nut and let me go home it’s now 5 pm. They put an aftermarket lug nut on my car and I proceed to drive less than half a mile to the Dave and busters parking lot right behind the Mavis. I get out of my car to look at the wheel again because I am just so angry and the replacement lug nut is already missing. I call to let them know I’m coming back and they need to figure this out. Once I get there, all of the workers come up with the bright idea of taking one of the oem lug nuts from the other bmw, the gray 750i license plate KMT4677, that was sitting there for service. We questioned them on this because that is totally not cool and got told that bmw has extras… I was very angry at this whole situation and said this is why I only like my car being here when Steve is here because I don’t have these problems. One of the guys proceeds to tell me he doesn’t go “eye to eye” with Steve and Steve doesn’t know anything about cars. Very shameful to talk about your own co worker to a customer. I was also told all these guys have 45+ years of experience when the idiots working on my car weren’t even 25. After another painful 20 minutes of watching all of the staff scramble to figure out what they’re going to do, they pull my car out and say it’s fixed. I asked why they couldn’t just put the correct one on to begin with? A different rude staff member told me “because I didn’t have your car”. I am not sure if they actually took the oem lug nut from the other bmw or if they were able to find the original.

  Got a flat tire on my way to an event and although they’re closing soon, pete behind the counter was super nice. Helped me out got me back on the road despite them being busy on a late Friday. Very thankful for him. Thanks guys!

  Great experience at this Mavis for my recent tire service. Steve and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was professional and stress free. I'll be coming back to this Mavis again in the future.

  Had originally went for oil change and they were thorough enough to check for any other issues and changed brake fluid as well. Have had to use this Mavis location for some tire issues in the past and they’ve always been able to help. Very friendly staff!

  I went in for an oil change that I scheduled online for 8am. Bob was very nice and welcoming in the morning. He even applied coupon that I was not expecting! They treated my car with respect and got the job done fast! Bob notified me that I needed front brakes and gave me the price upfront with no surprise costs on top. I will be going back to get that done because he was kind and made the experience easy, and smooth. I will definitely be returning back to them.
