    I had a wonderful experience at Valvoline on East Ridge Rd. ,Rochester ny! Very professional, friendly staff that provided fast and prompt service! We were greeted upon arrival outside and quoted a time frame for my service which was minimal!! I will be back!! 😊

    Love going here. The staff is great and informative about my car needs. Love Steve. He's the best. Would definitely recommend for a great service experience.

    We were taken care of quickly but had to wait for inspection but Steve was our employee we had and he was AMAZING he told us everything he did and walked us to the waiting room and helped me as I walk with a cane. We have told many people about our experience we drove 25 miles out of our county to another to go to the irondequoit valvoline and will ALWAYS the staff was amazing and Steve was great.
