No more Delta sonic, Valvoline is quicker and more professional. Also about $30 cheaper for my oil change.

I'll drive across the city to go to this store/shop.. the staff is great, fast and efficient. They are always in a good mood , even though there were 5 cars (each lane) before they got to me. I thought it was going to be a long wait .. but 30 minutes later I was pulling in for my oil change.... A plus shop!! I'll be back to get my differentials cleaned in a few weeks

Please hire more employees for your weekend hours. We waited 2 hours to get a safety inspection and when it was our turn, the employee had to go on lunch break so we were told we’d have to wait another 20 minutes. When you’ve already waited in line 2 hours, that doesn’t sit well as a customer.

The one start isn't for the east ridge road location. The one star is for Dejay, an employee at this particular location. He was very rude. I understand they have to touch touch buttons to turn off the oil light etc. I just think the employees should let people know what they are doing or ask before they start reaching in anyone's vehicle touching buttons. Anyway, I was getting an oil change and as Dejay is touching the buttons in my car, I'm asking him what he's doing because I was perplexed. And he told he "I'm turning off your oil light". I said ok. After, he asked me "do you want me to leave it alone" ( meaning the setting on my dash) even when he asked that he was rude. I didn't even respond because he was being nasty with his tone. Then he says "it's just a general question that people ask you know" and I'm just wondering why he's talking to me like this. I told Dejay He was rude and condescending He says "I'm sorry you feel that way" not "I'm sorry" and then moving forward (which is a way of deflecting and avoiding accountability. If you make someone feel a way you don't dismiss how they feel. That's what adults do when communicating) he mocks me, laughs and was like "condescending" (I was still quiet wasn't saying anything) but at this point I did respond to his mocking me and I told him to look up what 'condescending' meant. He said "babygirl, I have a college degree 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾". I'm not his babygirl and I could sue for sexual harassment if I wanted to. I told him that he needs to use his degree then instead of him making minimum wage. (Which was pretty petty, but if I'm quiet and I'm not responding to your antics and rudeness, why are you trying to instigate an issue??? He could've just apologized and left it at that but no, he wanted to argue) then asked me to pop my hood and he says "do you know how to do that"? In a nasty tone; again. At that point I asked for a manager because I just did not want to deal with Dejay. I think he needs some guidance or be trained again on customer service and communication. This way, a lot could be avoided and Dejay won't have to feel like he needs to argue or go back and fourth with paying customers. And then gossip to his employees about it. It's not a good look as an employee and as a man. All in all, I appreciate the manager taking good care of me. He made up for that unnecessary interaction with Dejay. I'll be back tho. 💋

Actually, check my tire pressure! When I left my service, I looked at the pressure display on my vehicle, and all the tires were at 30 PSI or less. Report said all at 35 PSI Look at my air filter! They never removed the filter to check it. The report says they reset the oil indicator light. I did that when I got home.
