- TMTeresa MazzaJan 3, 20261.0On Jan 2026 I stop by monro on Ridge RD East to have my muffler check loud noise the manager calib gonna charge me 54.00 to check it I told him estimate are free he said only if I agree to have work done there he put on lift and needed a resonator muffler was ok I agree to have it done he took off pipe muffler and resonator then told me he doesn't have parts I ask why he took the muffler and resonator if he did have parts he said he gonna order them so i was stuck cause he removed everything so I waited 3 hours for part the worker in the back playing loud music and the smell of pot was so strong i thought i was gonna be high myself manager laugh while waiting for my worked to be done calib the manager gave other a break like he passed a inspection on a lady car that needed breaks and shock another lady he installed a valve stem for 21.00 and replaced a tire sensor for free .my car finally ready he charged me 1400.00 to replace muffler pipe and resonator and charged me double labor. The muffler and resonator was supposed to come as a kit he charged for the parts separate parts where 599.00 for muffler 399.00 for resonator 3 times the price and 400.00 for labor I am a regular customer there just had breaks done there he argued with me the manager Calib if I didn't pay he calling police so I paid and told he I'll call corporate and report this as I walked out I look back he gave me the finger how do you charged someone who regular customer this kind of price he said he was new well this is the way he treats monroe customers .

Came in about 6 months ago for an inspection needed a tire and I mentioned i had another tire that needed to be replaced due to a foreign object that was in there... they replaced the wrong tire..and due the inspection machine being down he took my car all the way out to greece to use theirs then made an appointment online for 2 tires when I showed up for said appointment with a conformation email I was told they didn't have it nor the staff to performe the work so I scheduled it again.with an associate for three days later I show up and again no appointment scheduled I was told I could leave the vehicle because they wouldn't probably get to it!! Said I'm gonna wait and I did one hour and 45 minutes while the employees blasted music and used profanity and took several breaks I'll never be back or recommend this place

Picked the price option that was affordable only to drop car off and was informed the price was doubled due to the type of car I had. Will not be using Mr tire again.
