I was in need of an inspection and tire rotation and just had come from Valvoline who told me there was going to be a two and a half hour wait. I happened by the nearly Jiffy Lube by chance on a Google search and felt I'd give them a shot. The station was really busy at the time as it was a federal holiday but Paul asked to give him a few minutes and he would see what he could do. He managed to get me in and the work completed quickly. He was extremely professional throughout and made me feel like as a valued customer even though they were having a busy day. He made a little time to chat with me as well to encourage my future return, letting me know in his opinion they use better oil and can order tires if i ever need. All throughout he delivered remarkable service that you rarely find. Prices were great too. Great job to Paul and Team and a high recommendation!

I have condensation in my driver's side headlight that is causing the blinker to go in and out and I was 8000 miles past due for my oil change. I am depressed and autistic and I struggle asking for help. Paul was kind helpful have me a list of what was needed to get me to pass my inspection. The crew quickly and professionally did what they could at a jiffy lube, and Paul worked with me to get the best solution at the best price. He was non judgemental, and kind and offered very good advice which has helped my not give up. I'm taking life day by day right now, and this was a big step for me in trying to take care of myself. There was a lot of not good news, but because of Paul's willingness to help, even though the list of things I needed to do to accomplish this task has multiplied in steps and cost, I felt knowledgeable and comfortable enough to take care of most of the issues and schedule an appointment at my regular mechanic to take care of the issues that jiffy lube isn't equipped to handle. Paul, if you ever read this, thank you for caring and I hope soon enough I will be able to pay it forward.
