Then my insurance company contacted enterprise which prompted them to contact me. I did not have to call to rent a car. The process was very easy for me to get the rental car. I was able to leave the rental car at the body shop when I picked up my car. So convenient!! I was offered a car comparable to the car that I already owned, which made me comfortable driving an unfamiliar car. My only complaint was the condition of the car. The car was less than two years old and overall in good condition inside and outside. But the windows and windshield were very dirty. The dashboard was sticky from what looked like a coffee or soda. The floor and seats were vacuumed, and there was no garbage or debris in the car. There was not an unpleasant odor in the car either. Overall very satisfied with the customer service at the Inwood location . They staff was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and helpful. Just wish the rental car was cleaner.
